Adding six floors to a building surrounded by closely spaced buildings without closing off the main street was a significant challenge. Installation of the Upbrella system was conducted in winter conditions from December 2018 to February 2019, directly from the building&#8217;s existing roof, using a spider crane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shelter was first moved in March 2019 and the project was completed in June 2019, 4 months later, concluding the 6-storey addition to the building.
