It involved a hybrid steel and concrete construction using a long-span formwork system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upbrella conducted a first lift in August 2015 (delivery of the second floor), completing the structure and building envelope less than 5 months later. The residential units were delivered in May 2016, 4 months after the topping-off was completed by Upbrella&#8217;s unique method. Another notable feature was that the building envelope was prefabricated without on-site measurements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Upbrella system, which enables a floor to be delivered every 7 to 8 days, is ideal for prefabrication, assembly and on-site adjustments.
