Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Upbrella, you will be responsible for the complete management of construction projects, from planning to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and to technical specifications.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and supervise the installation, operation and recovery phases of our projects;
  • Manage project budgets and resources;
  • Set up the right work teams and subcontractors;
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders as required;
  • Administer contracts and support the project control team;
  • Monitor progress and manage contingencies;
  • Write progress reports and ensure project documentation.

Skills

  • Relevant technical training in project management and construction codes;
  • Interest in innovation and transformation of the construction industry;
  • Interest in international projects;
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing high-rise construction projects;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations;
  • Multi-lingual (advanced English mandatory).
