Operations Coordinator
As Operations Coordinator, you will support the Chief Operating Manager in all tasks ensuring smooth company operations (purchasing, manufacturing, subcontracting, assembly, preparation, transportation, warehousing, maintenance, inventory, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise operations-related activities;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and budget, both internally and with our partners;
- Support staff from other teams to facilitate operations (project manager, engineers, site superintendent and Chief Operating Manager);
- Ensure Upbrella equipment is in good working order and available for use;
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations;
- Identify and resolve operating problems.
Skills
- Degree in production or operations management or equivalent training;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in operations management;
- Leadership and teamwork skills;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of current safety standards and regulations;
- Import-export experience an asset;
- Initiative;
- Multi-language skills.
