A hybrid structure (steel-concrete) project uses less material combined with a prefabricated envelope of architectural fire-retardant concrete panels on the lot lines or a hybrid (light steel and concrete facade) for the front and rear elevations.

Erecting the 19-storey tower using the Upbrella system took just nine months and enabled public ground occupation to be minimal. Only four parking lots were used to deliver the precast concrete panels. An overhead crane integrated into the system was used at street level to unload the trucks and move the 3T panels to the hoisting point.

All envelope panels were hoisted to the work area in the Upbrella shelter using a long-reach hoist and a guided and secured lifting bar. A team of 4-5 workers installed an average of fourteen panels per day, completing the envelope of a floor in 2 to 3 days once the sequences had been established. This was the first prefabricated concrete envelope to be installed using an electric monorail without a tower crane.
